TELL THEM HOW YOU FEEL!

After Roger and Nina had a heated work disagreement. Nina felt very disconnected and hurt. She couldn't help but feel that Roger didn't love her as much as she thought.

While Roger was out at work, Nina was posting her content on Social media and she noticed Roger liking her posts. So she thought that maybe she is over reacting.  Nina decided to send Roger a audio message saying

"I just want to say I STILL LOVE YOU, can't wait to see you" 

Roger listened to it when he finished with his clients. It made him feel good. So he decided to send Nina a little reassuring video message.

Telling her "I don't STILL love you. I'll always LOVE YOU"

That made Nina's heart melt. I mean wouldn't yours if you got that from your person?

When Roger came home. They were hugging and kissing. 

Afterwards they realized, that if the messages didn't happen. The tension would have still been there and the fight and resentment would have lasted hours or maybe even days afterwards. 

So please be sure to reassure your partners, Tell them how you feel. Don't assume they already know. If you haven't told them in a while. Make sure to do so. If you are fighting. Go cool down a little. Then tell them how much you love and appreciate them.

It will go a long way. And maybe even get you some brownie points to put in the bank. 

Everyone needs reassurance in a relationship. Both guys and girls. They need to hear that you love them, you appreciate them, you still want them. They need to know that they are SAFE in the relationship. You are not going anywhere. So be sure to tell them. Tell them in your own way, what ever that is.  Here is an example if you need it.

There is no point in dragging it on for hours and days. We've seen young relationships break up because of stupid little arguments that didn't get resolved. They separate because they don't feel the relationship safety.  

don't let them be "the one that got away" because of ego or stubbornness. If you love them. Tell them. If you don't want to loss them. Tell them. If you appreciate all that they do. Tell them.

You will see it goes a long way.
